Every member of our extended team has a proven track record of success, professionalism and organisation. They are each selected for their care and compassion and are able to get to know the students and look after each of them as an individual.

Andrew’s career has spanned advertising, music, film, property and online. A serial entrepreneur, he lives in Oxfordshire with his wife, two sons and black Labrador, Minty.
Jacqui leads our Shrewsbury team. She’s a former high-level banking team leader and now applies her formidable skills to organising travelling students among other things. Jacqui lives in Shrewsbury with her husband and daughter.
Craig is a member of our Shrewsbury team. He has travelled extensively helping children with special needs, is a fully qualified teacher with particular experience in Primary School teaching, and also speaks German.
Karen is a former magazine editor and passionate sailor. She and her daughter run Rhythm Time, Shropshire, offering fun and educational music classes for babies and toddlers.
Ella has lived in Shrewsbury all her life and works in the Library at Shrewsbury School. She enjoys going on long walks with her sausage dog Daisy.
Debbie is a former Police Officer and leads our Malvern team. She enjoys walking, reading and travelling and she also works as an exam invigilator.
Juliet has been a public school teacher for over 20 years, as well as being a house parent and Director of Art. She now represents Great Britain for long distance, multi-discipline events in Triathlon and Aquabike.
Julie lives locally to Malvern and has helped to chaperone students for GTMatrix over the last three years.
