The Heathrow ‘Airport Guardians’ team of Stephanie Hull, Bea Locher and Julie Horsley met up with Jacqui Davies from the Shrewsbury coach and Julie Perks from the Malvern coach on the 1st of November. Students returning from half term in a very uncertain Covid environment needed all hands on deck to ensure safe separation of student bubbles, boarding and seating on the coaches according to protocol and an attentive eye to ensure that all students were present and accounted for.

Michaelmas term 2020 will go down as one that hopefully won’t be repeated! Our client schools have been able to hand over much of the logistical headache of moving students in a Covid-safe manner to us, but nevertheless the additional safety measures and protocols have made planning and execution tricky for all parties, with last-minute cancellations and non travel day bookings becoming the norm.
